The simplest way to describe what I do is to say that I facilitate connections in the in-between spaces between people, ideas, contexts, and organized knowledge.
My contribution is to help people or groups to make sense, navigate, confront, innovate and reflect. Some days, I facilitate; other times, I advise; sometimes, I teach; and at other times, I do research. Sometimes, we look back; other times, we try to shape what is possible next. But I am always trying to find better ways to guide people and networks to understand their options, challenge their limiting beliefs and focus them on working together to improve a given situation despite the context.
